Every year, foreign country citizens and Russian citizens living abroad receive 15,000 scholarships for education in the Russian Federation. 100-150 seats are located per year to the Republic of Turkey.

One can apply for a scholarship in order to get undergraduate, master’s or PhD education at the Russian universities. It is also possible to apply for a short-term internship.

Russian language teachers from schools, colleges and universities can also apply for a scholarship for taking part in additional professional programmers.

The application for participation and selection of candidates is carried out by the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in the Turkish Republic and the Ministry of National Education of Turkey.
